Jidbaz Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Jidbaz platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Jidbaz. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Jidbaz platform.

These Jidbaz terms and conditions apply to all services offered through the website and the Jidbaz Android app, including all games, payment services, bonuses, and customer support interactions. Using any part of the Jidbaz platform constitutes acceptance of these terms, even if you have not completed the registration process.

Jidbaz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

02 Eligibility

To use Jidbaz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Jidbaz or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Jidbaz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one Jidbaz account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering on Jidbaz, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

• Your Jidbaz username must not impersonate another person or contain offensive language.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify Jidbaz support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Jidbaz will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel.

04 Deposits & Payments

Jidbaz accepts deposits exclusively through the following mobile financial services available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. We do not accept international credit cards, bank transfers, or third-party payment processors at this time.

The minimum deposit on Jidbaz is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Jidbaz reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts based on risk assessment or responsible gaming considerations.

• All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your Jidbaz account in real time in most cases.

• Jidbaz does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

05 Withdrawals

Jidbaz processes withdrawal requests to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount on Jidbaz is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes, though during peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Jidbaz reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• In cases of suspected fraud or breach of these terms, Jidbaz may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Jidbaz offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses on Jidbaz are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are used after real money funds have been depleted.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on Jidbaz — including Baccarat, Aviator, Callbreak, Monster Dice, HRG Live, Panda Dragon Boat, and all other titles — operate according to their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game interface and take precedence over any general description on the Jidbaz website.

Jidbaz does not operate its own random number generation systems. All RNG-based games use certified third-party providers whose systems are independently tested for fairness. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios.

• Return to Player (RTP) figures for all games are published and available to players.
• Jidbaz does not adjust game outcomes in real time or manipulate RTP on a per-player basis.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Jidbaz support cannot reverse game outcomes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jidbaz platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one Jidbaz account per person.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Jidbaz staff or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Jidbaz reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days.

10 Privacy & Data

Jidbaz collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on Jidbaz, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jidbaz will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Jidbaz is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

• Jidbaz's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13 Changes to Terms
